These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PsychicAffiliate.com (the "Site"). By reading, browsing or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only.

Material You Submit

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as the Site or the law changes. Revisions take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will change. If a revision is material we will make that clear on this page. Continuing to use the Site after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing here removes any non-waivable right you have under the consumer protection law of your own country or state.

General

• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision immediately, we do not give up the right to enforce it later.
• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
• No partnership. Nothing here creates an agency, partnership, employment or joint venture relationship between you and us.
• Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours in connection with a transfer of the Site.
